Friday was Character day at Skyler's school. You had to dress like a character from a book and bring the book. We chose Strawberry Shortcake. They had a parade through the school where all the kids got to show off their costumes and then read their book in their class. It was a nice and fun way to encourage them to read.

That is neat!! She is makes a cute Strawberry Shortcake! What elementary does she go to??? I wonder if high school kids would still like to dress up as their fav character in a book, wait, that might be scarey!! Ha!
