We took a small family vacation to San Antonio last weekend and we all LOVED IT! LOVE IT!!! We went to SeaWorld Saturday then did the river walk and Ripley's Believe it or Not Sunday before heading home. I was a bit worried about all 5 of us staying in a hotel room for 2 nights but I pleasantly surprised. It went great. Luckily Hayden has done wonderfully with the "Mommy Shelley's Baby Sleeping Boot Camp" and is sleeping through the night almost every night for about 2 weeks now. (knock on wood) At home she is now sleeping in her crib, in her room, from 10pm until about 5:30 am. At 7 weeks I call that a huge success. Yipee! :o)
Below are some pics of our trip...I didn't get as many pictures as I would like since a lot of the time I was slinging Hayden, caring for another child, enjoying myself or swimming...so...taking pics fell to the way side.

can you let me in on your secret for the Momma Shelley Baby Boot Camp? Eli was 15 months old before sleeping thru the night and Aiden still gets up 2 times a nite at 15 weeks!
LOL! It's tough love basically. I put them her in her own bed in her own room at 1 month with no lights at all, when she would wake up I let her cry a little 2-3 minutes then go in not talk to her, not turn on lights, not pick her up, just give her her binkie, cover her up, pat her on the back, and and walk out. Do this a few times and they eventually learn. At least it worked for all three of my girls. Granted she does't sleep long periods during the day but its still better than staying awake at night. Good luck Terrie. :o)
