Skyler's 8th Birthday Slumber Party

Skyler's 8th Birthday Slumber Party went just as expected.  A lot giggling, screaming, dancing, and just plain girly fun.  I even heard one little girl say during the party that this was the best night of her life....it just melted my heart and made me so happy.  Also, Skyler hugged me and said "Thank you mommy for my party, I'm having so much fun"  Moments like those make it all worth it.

I was down stairs setting up for pizza dinner and the girls came down with bathing suits and makeup.  I didn't know that one girl brought some until after they were all wearing it but I let them have fun with it even though I would normally not allow it.

I took off her make up and then they flat ironed her hair.  Again...I didn't know one of them brought a flat iron either.
